So crazy over lipglosses now

Seen the 2 Revlon Super Lustrous Lipglosses that I bought within this week?? Actually I always wanted to get "Pearl Plum"! It's in fact the first Revlon lippy that got me started lemming for Revlon Lustrous Lipglosses... but my sweet deardear doesn't like it cos it looks dark in the tube... *pouts*

I wanted to get "Pink Afterglow" too, but the glitters look quite chunky in the tube. Didn't really quite like having those on my lips. So in the end I bought the 2 that I've shown in my earlier posts: "Shine That Pink" and "Nude Peach". And i'm still thinking whether I should get "Pearl Plum"!!! Just heard that it's gonna be discontinued soon... I better go get it before I regret!! Wahahaha~ Cannot wait till it's outta stock then regret wor... everyone's eyeing my "Nude Peach" now... I'm so fortunate to be able to find it when it's outta stock almost everywhere else~ (^_^)v I'm thinking whether to buy another "Nude Peach" to keep too! *think think think* and maybe "Nude Lustre" or "Spiced Blush"! *LOL* I'm mad!!!

But this one is best... Just take a look at her MAC collection. No one can beat her! Simply awesome. 偶像！With all the limited editions and discontinued stuff, I believe she has more MAC items than the usual MAC counters in our departmental stores!!

Don't worry, I'm not intending to become a makeup-item-collector anytime soon. I still can't afford and I'd love to spend my $$ on other stuff too. Like a few more pairs of shoes and some more bags, etc. =P Collect so much for what, if I never use them at all... Right? In fact I'm still trying to learn how to use my own tiny collection of makeup stuff!!! Better learn first! Buy more later~~~ (^_^)v deedee加油！

Revlon Super Lustrous Lipgloss in "Nude Peach" on my lips. I'm still lemming for Pearl Plum (also Revlon Super Lustrous Lipgloss) although dear didn't like the dark shade on lips. OMG I'm going crazy!! At this rate my wallet's gonna wail in protest very very soon!!!

A pump bottle - like those used at manicure salons - to hold my nail polish remover. The leftover of my Sally Hansen remover filled up the bottle nicely. =D

Better go sayang sayang my wallet and make sure it won't scream... LOL~ And I even mentioned that I was gonna stop shopping for cosmetics in one of my earlier entry. Hahaha~ I'm totally hopeless!!

Went Isetan @ Wisma Atria last night for some makeup shopping! Why Isetan? Because I have an Isetan voucher which is expiring at end of this month... must make use!!

Why are Japanese makeup items all so kawaii so pretty so nice so tempting one huh? Why aren't they available in Singapore?! Why so tempting even to girls who don't usually use makeup, like me?! Why? Why? Why?!?!?!?!?! Someone tell me why?! *pouts*

Actually I've decided to stop buying makeup items after last night. I'm still awaiting arrival of my mineral makeup items from Twisted Fayte and my Majolica Majorca stuff from Japan. Although I've never tried loose powder or bought any items from MAC or Shu Uemura or Stila or many other brands before... I believe I have enough basic makeup items to last me a couple of years from now~ LOL!

Will be back with more EOTDs!! So much makeup now, don't use really wasteful wor! So stay tuned~~~ (^_^)

What did you learn today?

Bourjois is the sister brand of Chanel but underrated in Singapore. Actually I know of girls swearing by Bourjois blusher, claiming that it's very good. I didn't quite believe because Bourjois is never a popular brand in Singapore. I was so wrong... Haha~ So peeps, must learn to appreciate underrated things. =P You'll never know if it's actually something good that you've been missing all the while~

Swatch on the 4 new colours I bought at Dodo Club on Sunday:


2 coats each. =) My comment on these nail polishes from Dodo Club is that they are very thick. I've bought these striking colours with an intention in mind - I wanted to create nail arts on my nails with them on a base colour of my normal pinkish tones. However these nail polishes are quite thick and the thick consistency makes it hard to control.

Oh, in addition, let me comment about the cutesy Candy Gloss as well. I don't really like it because I find it quite dry on my lips. There're lots of glitters, but have to load on real lip gloss to make it shine. May post a pic of me wearing the Candy Gloss someday~ Cheers!

超爱 Majolica Majorca 的彩妆。可惜新加坡没有 Majolica Majorca 的产品... 幸运的是同事将要到日本去，所以便到网上游览并寻找我要的颜色让她帮我买一些 Majolica Majorca 的粉底，唇蜜和眼影回来。(^_^)v

许许多多的眼影颜色让我不知从何挑选。*blur* 还是到 LD 问问彩妆高手们吧！

好快便有了回应。LD 里的网友让我参考这个超棒的 blog ，实在太好了！这位漂亮博客在她的中文网志里和大家分享了好多好多关于彩妆的贴士！！

看着她的网志让我希望能有朝一日能和她一样擅长运用彩妆，再把我的心得在这里和大家分享。有可能吗？(O_o)? *抓头* 我并不知道，但我会试着做到！要为我加油哦！！ :D

Super in love with Majolica Majorca makeup. It's a pity that Singapore doesn't carry Majolica Majorca products. Fortunately my colleague's going to Japan, so I surfed the net and searched the shades I want, and let her buy the Majolica Majorca foundation, lip gloss and eyeshadows for me. (^_^)v

So many colours that I dunno which to choose. *blur* Guess I'll ask the makeup experts in LD!

Soon there was a reply. A fellow forumer (is there such a word?!) from LD referred me to this super nice blog, which is great! This pretty blogger shared with us a lot of makeup tips in her Chinese blog!

Looking at her blog, I wish that I can one day be as good with makeup as she is, and share my own makeup knowledge here. Is it possible? (O_o)? *scratch head* Well I dunno, but I'll try to make it! Wish me all the best!! :D

Joining the MMU Craze

I'm ordering from Twisted Fayte (TF) for my first batch of mineral makeup! It'll also be the first time I'm purchasing online! Weeeee~ Can't wait for the loot to arrived!

Initially had wanted to order from Pure Luxe (PL). Even browsed the webby and chosen the colours already but haven't sent the order... kept hesitating. Haha~ Then recently realised from LD (my fave forum) that TF has started a Singapore branch! Also, the reviews for TF were good so I'm getting from TF instead.

The shades I shortlisted from PL's huge variety of colours include: Envy, Olive You!, Divine, Moss, Sage, Moon Glow and a Lip Wand - Deja Vu. Not getting a lot cos I'm only a beginner!!! Keke~ Now have to start looking for similar shades in TF liao! =P Looking forward to my first mineral makeup loot!!

[Later] Ordered!!!!! Bought 7 colours from TF for less than 30 bucks, inclusive of shipping! I can pay via internet banking somemore wor~ Weeeee! I'm a happy girl today to complete my first online transaction. Haha~ And here's a list of my choice colours:

Who won't love Majolica Majorca makeup packaging?! Tell me which girl won't??!! Hahaha~ I love Majolica Majorca!!! Sadly Majolica Majorca is not available in Singapore... I was so lucky that I could go to Japan for training because that's where I get to buy my Majolica Majorca stuff!!!

My loot from my Japan trips last year... consisting Majolica Majorca stuff, Ettusais blusher puff, Shiseido Dramatical Eyes mascara, etc. Missing in the pic are my Maxfactor 2000 Calorie Mascara and Kanebo Essence in Lip Color Gloss. Oooo~ and I bought a 500ml Kose Medicated Sekkisei as well~ (^_^)v


My Majolica Majorca stuff while still in their original packaging... comes with free samples for UV White whitening softener and cleansing foam!!


My Majolica Majorca powder in its pretty case that's super attractive!! And Honey Dip Gloss in GD822~ Uber love them both!!


I love my Ettusais blusher puff too... I think is in Peach, according to the katakana at the bottom. Keke~ The puff was clean, nice and fluffy when I just bought it. Now it's still nice and fluffy, but already stained entirely in the peachy shade. Keke~


Bought this eyelash comb from Japan too! The pin-like comb can comb through the eyelashes and separate them very nice if all clumped up by mascara. But cleaning those pins is a chore!!


Anyway my bro downloaded some pretty fonts for me to use!!! See that flowery flowery one~! Kawaii or not?? Keke~

CAWAII magazine

This is CAWAII magazine, originally from Japan but this one is translated into Chinese in Taiwan. I bought this last weekend and I love the magazine a lot!!

My first Cawaii magazine was bought in December 2004 when I was in Japan for my training. I bought because Ayumi was on the cover and looking really pretty!! It's pretty interesting, introducing the latest fashion trend, makeup looks and hairstyles, with minimal words and full of pretty pics! Thus not a problem when I can't read Japanese, the pics-filled pages already made it a magazine worth buying!

Last Sunday when I was at Takashimaya's Kinokuniya, I saw this magazine at the Chinese magazine section. It was the original Japanese magazine but translated into Chinese in Taiwan. So now it's still filled with fashion and makeup pics of gorgeous Japanese girls yet I can read it and understand. Yeah!!! I bought it without hesitation... love the magazine! Seems like the makeup trend in Japan now is to look more tanned after applying makeup!! Which is contrary to here where everyone's trying to achieve a fairer complexion with whatever kinda powders available. But look at these Japanese babes' before (small insets) and after photos!! Amazing eh? Keke~



Hairstyle tutorials!!! There are 4 of them if I remember correctly. (I'm at my boyfriend's place and the magazine's not with me now :P) So here's 2 previews~



Really wonder how much time these Japanese babes need every morning to prepare! Imagine going through the 10 steps of hairstyling and 20 over steps of dolling up every single morning!! Lazy me can never do that! In fact I always spend minimal time on my looks, just simple comb my hair, put on toner and moisturizer with SPF, and off I go to work!!! When will I ever ever learn to doll up, and actually try to doll myself up?? I hope it's not never!!! I must start learning soon~~~

Hmmmmm... must learn! I don't even know how to draw my brows or line my eyes. One word: PATHETIC! What kind of lady dunno how to doll herself up? I'm too lazy! I must strive to learn and look better!
